Code of the Duelist Booster box obsahuje 24 boosterů karet Yu-Gi-Oh. Každý booster (přídavný balíček) obsahuje 9 karet. Celkem tedy v tomto balení najdete 216 karet Yu Gi Oh. Sada Code of the Duelist obsahuje 100 nových karet Yu-Gi-Oh: 8 karet Secret Rares  10 karet Ultra Rares  14 karet Super Rares 48 Commons  20 karet Rares. Zahrnuje karty používané Yuya Sakaki, Declan Akaba, Yuri, Z-ARC, Yusaku Fujiki, George Gore, Skye Zaizen, Varis, and the Knights of Hanoi, Yusei Fudo, Rex Goodwin, Kalin Kessler, Yuma Tsukumo, Kite Tenjo and Yugo.
